3 Top Wins at the International Property Awards
We could not have asked for more, what an amazing result at the UK Property Awards 2013-2014 held in October 2013. All three of our entries scooped the top prize for their sections!
It’s always a terrific feeling to win something and with a deep and respected judging panel featuring Sir Terence Conran, Daniel Hopwood, Sue Timney and Simon Hamilton to name a few it gives an enormous boost of confidence that what you’re doing is respected.
Well done to our immensely talented team. But at the end of the day, we don’t have the passion for exceptional design just to win awards… we get more rewards by seeing a smile on a happy customer’s face.

Rolls Royce sponsored event
We sent our lead designer Leon down to the Dorchester, London for a swanky night with our partner Architect friends to wallow in some glory.
It’s the first time we’ve entered these prestigious awards with the majority of the coveted 5-Star gold plaques being awarded to developments and estate agents.
Ceremony at The Dorchester, London UK
Our first award Gold “5-star” win was for the Best Interior Design Apartment, North West for our Adamson House apartment.
There are also silver plaques for Highly Commended runner’s up. Within the Interior Design disciplines, we were delighted to discover that our 3 projects were the biggest haul of any design company on the night! What an accolade especially when you look at the established peers we were up against.
A truly incredible achievement
Our second 5-Star win was for Best Interior Design Private Residence, Scotland for our Gleneagles project. And to make up the trio we beat the likes of Richmond Square Group’s formidable entry to take top prize in the Interior Design Private Residence, North West for our Vicarage conversion. What a fantastic night of achievement.
Unlike other awards, we had to put together a full package of presentations, with bespoke written brochures constructed specifically to explain in depth with great detail, as well as samples of materials used and points awarded for the way it was presented also!
