Space planning is our speciality
Our technically proficient team of designers can reinterpret the space-planning working from the inside out with a focus on conceptual and interior-led architecture. This enables them to collaborate for successful approval with Architects and Structural Engineers.
We support this relationship with our specialist knowledge and experience of ergonomics, materials and finishes suggesting elements (sometimes structural enhancements) via creative space-planning of internal layouts that will only add to the merit of the property.

Cost of services
We provide a transparent, bespoke and cost-effective service. Regardless of your budget or size of the project, we simply charge a flat fee of £85 plus VAT per hour, which for larger projects we can agree a fixed fee.
Included in your fees will be a free initial consultation, a dedicated designer assigned to your project as well as guaranteed, substantial savings on all products we size up and specify. We are confident that these savings may compensate or even surpass all of your design costs.
Following the initial meeting with your assigned designer, a formal proposal will be presented to illustrate the direction of the project, including the proposed full costs and number of hours needed to execute your designs.
