With a rustic charm using local building materials and styling features such as the beautiful aged wooden canopy and shutters we created a contrasting theme of modern classic. Taupe’s and beige colour schemes with cooling marble floors help to add to the comfortable yet quality feel. The striking Buddha heads punctuate the infinity pool and frame the view of the green golf course below.
Calming, timeless, durable
The idea was to create a tranquil environment that would work well as a homely space, yet neutral enough to allow the rental market to be fully exploited.
Using only the finest quality fixture fittings and furnishings the Villa is set to leave a lasting impression. From the beautiful raised views over the infinity pool to the stunning hillside backdrop of the home.
Solid marble baths
The logistics of a build on the rock edge in a warm climate were not without challenges. For example the two majestic solid marble baths each weighing over 1 ton had to be specially lifted into place part way through the build.
Luxurious touches like the steam room, circular kitchen work area and air conditioning help to maintain the rejuvenating atmosphere whilst offering all modern features.
