We are delighted to continue our longstanding collaboration with Dr. Nyla by assisting her in designing her third Medispa clinic, located in the prestigious heart of Mayfair.
Following the success of her first two clinics in Alderley Edge and Liverpool, this new venture represents an exciting opportunity to bring her vision of transformative beauty and wellness to one of London’s most upscale and vibrant neighbourhoods.
Dr. Nyla’s brand is synonymous with luxury, innovation, and exceptional client experiences, and we are thrilled to help her translate these values into the design of her Mayfair clinic. Our journey together in Alderley Edge and Liverpool has allowed us to deeply understand her commitment to creating spaces that blend clinical excellence with a sense of tranquility and opulence. The Mayfair clinic presents an opportunity to elevate this synergy further, tailoring the design to reflect the sophistication and exclusivity that defines the area.
This luxurious space was meticulously designed to reflect sophistication and modern elegance. Every detail of this medispa has been thoughtfully curated to create an inviting yet opulent environment, offering clients a truly premium experience. From the striking shopfront with its floor-to-ceiling windows to the warm and contemporary interiors, the design seamlessly blends style and functionality.

We designed the facade to have a clean, minimalist design with large floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a clear view into the clinics modern and inviting interior as well as flooding the medispa with bright, natural daylight.
“Dr. Nyla” is prominently displayed in sleek and stylish, black uppercase lettering, which complements the black, ornate cast iron railings that add a touch of sophistication, complementing the upscale environment.
The overall design reflects luxury and exclusivity, aligning with the medispa’s Mayfair location.
waiting room designs
The waiting room showcases cracked liquid bronze metal doors, an upholstered leather wall, and polished concrete floors accented with a striking gold vein detail. Curved seating in neutral tones adds a sense of comfort and sophistication.
The space is further elevated by a bespoke feature ceiling, which includes a dropped coffer detail with concealed lighting. A decorative mesh metal chain encircles the low-hanging central pendant, creating a stunning focal point that exudes elegance and luxury.
