The Manor Georgian Newbuild
The Manor – a grand, Georgian Newbuild home located in rural Cheshire. The design of this property aims to create a modern interpretation of a traditional Georgian country house. We have used a combination of both traditional and contemporary materials to help achieve this look.
The interior layout of this beautiful Georgian newbuild maximises the breath-taking views surrounding the property. The design thoughtfully considers the sun’s path and the natural shadows cast across the plot, ensuring a seamless integration with the environment. Every aspect of the layout emphasises a harmonious connection between the indoors and outdoors, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.
Additionally, we completely reimagined and elevated the lighting plan to align with the contemporary and luxurious character of the Georgian newbuild. This design highlights key architectural features while creating a warm, inviting ambiance that complements the modern elegance of the space. From ambient to accent lighting, every detail reflects careful consideration, enhancing visual appeal and providing a sophisticated living experience.
The staircase in the trendy London restaurant, The Hide, London, significantly shapes the entrance hall design in our project. To build upon this inspiration, our design introduces a striking staircase that spirals organically, seamlessly incorporating organic materials and shapes to enhance its natural beauty.
Additionally, the staircase elegantly frames a circular table at its base, further establishing it as the space’s focal point. Above, a cascading pendant light takes centre stage, drawing the eye as it hangs from the deep dome ceiling detail. Consequently, this dynamic combination not only delivers a dramatic yet inviting atmosphere but also effectively sets the tone for the entire property. Ultimately, the entrance hall radiates sophistication, ensuring guests experience an unforgettable first impression.
