The Brief
The brief was to space plan, detail and fit out the entirety of this spectacular home in Washington DC, USA including all furnishings and finishes internally and externally.
Having visited many of our client’s favourite hotels in London and New York to gain an understanding of their styles we were then able to truly bring together all of their favourite styles and finishes to their new mansion in the River Road area of Potomac.

Property Inspiration
The property is sat in an elevated position at the end of a long driveway where the detailing we had produced for the ironwork on the front doors and windows is the first impression of the grandeur that lies within.
When entering the property it is clear that luxury finishes run throughout , from the water cut motif flooring in the grand hall, a design inspired by London’s Corinthia Hotel lobby to the mother of pearl wallpaper that embellishes the walls.

Bespoke finished dining chairs bring a bold identity to the dining room with it’s silk wallpaper and beautiful drapes, all finished and shipped by us in a seamless approach which is applied to all property installations abroad.
From the dining room to the lounge below there is a level change by way of two steps of solid marble to the wonderful lounge area which holds a matching grand marble fireplace.
The kitchen was also designed to cater for the client’s several children, with a dining room adjacent, laid out with groups of tables for friends, guests and nannies.
We also set about creating large bespoke dressing room facilities for the master bedroom. Silk carpets, bespoke headboards and cut mirrored walls also adorned the majority of the rooms and added to the grand nature of the property.
Outside, vast terraces with a state of the art outside kitchen surround the large pool. Other features include tennis courts, basketball courts as well as a petrol go-karting circuit.
The property also boasts a full indoor leisure suite and pool, private gym and a basement entertainment area that features a bar, games room and a tiered movie theatre.
